Products & Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Livestock, plants, and natural materials may vary in size, colour, and appearance from product images.

Livestock Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that livestock purchased are suitable for their aquarium size, water parameters, and existing inhabitants.

The Glass and Gill cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from:

• Incompatible livestock
• Poor water quality
• Improper acclimation
• Equipment failure
• Disease outbreaks after delivery

Shipping & Delivery

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customers must ensure that delivery information is accurate and that someone is available to receive livestock deliveries.

Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice.

The Glass and Gill reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Glass and Gill shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Livestock losses after delivery
• Damage resulting from improper installation or use of products
• Losses arising from aquarium failures or equipment malfunction

Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, photographs, graphics, blog content, and descriptions, remains the property of The Glass and Gill – Aquascape and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Any disputes arising from purchases or use of the website shall be subject to South African jurisdiction.
