BUY LIVESTOCK WITH CONFIDENCE
The deal matters. The fish matters more.
Glass & Gill Black Friday still follows the same livestock-first approach as the rest of the store: suitability, current stock, careful packing, nationwide delivery and live-arrival protection remain part of the buying decision.
Check adult size, temperament, group size and aquarium requirements before using any livestock promotion.
Use the current livestock delivery and live-arrival information at checkout and on the relevant policy pages before placing your order.
BLACK FRIDAY QUESTIONS
Know exactly how the offers work before checkout.
The important Black Friday questions in one place: dates, qualifying products, automatic discounts, gift tiers, livestock stock and delivery.
When does Glass & Gill Black Friday 2026 run?
Black Friday 2026 runs from 30 October to 30 November 2026, while qualifying promotional stock remains available.
Shop the Black Friday collection →Do the Black Friday discounts apply automatically?
The direct product and multi-buy offers are configured to apply automatically when their qualifying conditions are met. Spend-and-get gift offers use their own qualifying rules.
Review all Black Friday offers →Can I combine Black Friday offers?
Black Friday offers are intended not to stack with one another. Where a higher qualifying gift tier is reached, the higher gift replaces the lower-tier gift.
See how the offers work →Are American and African Cichlids part of Black Friday?
Yes. American and African Cichlids are included through the qualifying Hikari spend-and-get gift tiers at R1,500, R2,500 and R3,000.
Browse Black Friday Cichlids →Which Corydoras qualify for the Black Friday shoal offer?
Juli Corydora, Pepper Corydora, Three-Lined Corydoras and Hastatus Dwarf Corydoras qualify for the buy 5, save 10% offer while qualifying stock is available.
Read the Corydoras guide →Which Comet Goldfish qualify for the mix-and-match offer?
Assorted, Red and Yellow Comet Goldfish are included in the mix-and-match 5, save 15% offer while qualifying stock remains available.
Browse qualifying Comet Goldfish →How do the Betta Black Friday offers work?
The campaign includes Female Bettas buy 4 get 1 free, selected male Bettas buy 1 and get the second 20% off, selected male plus qualifying female with 15% off the female, plus qualifying Hikari spend-and-get tiers.
Shop Bettas →What happens if promotional livestock sells out?
Livestock availability can change quickly. Black Friday promotions apply only while the qualifying livestock or promotional stock remains available.
Check current Black Friday stock →Does a Black Friday discount change the care requirements of the fish?
No. Adult size, temperament, group size, filtration, water requirements and tankmate compatibility should still determine whether the livestock belongs in your aquarium.
Use the Knowledge Hub →Does Glass & Gill still offer livestock delivery during Black Friday?
Black Friday livestock orders still follow Glass & Gill's current livestock delivery, careful packing and live-arrival processes. Always review the current shipping information before ordering.
