LIVESTOCK DOA

For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.

Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.

A simple moulded finishing piece for a 200 mm decorative column. It gives the top or base of a plain column a more finished look, with a stepped round profile on a square base.

Use it with a matching column shaft after checking the measurements and fit. Sold as the supplier's “header & footer” item; please confirm whether your project needs one or two pieces before ordering. The pot, shaft and fixings are not included.

Size: 200 mm nominal. Installation and fixing depend on the supporting structure. Not rated here as a load-bearing building component.
