LIVESTOCK DOA

For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.

Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.

If you're sealing a new concrete pond or repairing a tired one, EcoProof is a brush- or spray-applied waterproof coating that dries to a black finish. It can be used on correctly prepared concrete fish ponds and other compatible surfaces.

Size: 5 litres. The supplier quotes roughly 2–3 m² per litre, or 10–15 m² per container before allowing for surface texture and the recommended number of coats. The coating is water-based and brown when wet, turning black as it dries.

Before you start: Concrete must be properly prepared and primed or sealed with a compatible product such as EcoCrete before applying EcoProof, as the supplier specifies. Remove the fish from the pond, follow the manufacturer’s coating and curing instructions, then check the water is suitable before returning livestock. Never apply it while fish are in the pond.

Keep extra product on hand if the surface is rough, porous or needs multiple coats. The supplier advertises a five-year product guarantee subject to its terms. Primer, brushes and other application materials are not included.
