LIVESTOCK DOA

For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.

Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.

A plain, straight fibre-cement column shaft for a decorative garden or architectural feature. Its simple shape works with the matching 200 mm column header and footer when you want a more traditional pillar finish.

Size: nominal 200 mm diameter and 2 metres long. The header/footer is sold separately. Check the finished dimensions and manufacturer's fixing requirements before planning your installation.

This is a decorative building product, not a structural support unless a qualified installer confirms the particular application. It's a long, bulky item and needs careful transport, so delivery is quoted separately.
