SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are shipped throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery timing and eligibility vary by product. Livestock orders use designated shipping days and are subject to live-arrival conditions; dry goods and equipment follow the standard returns policy.
LIVESTOCK DOA
For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.
Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.
Finco Premium Koi Food is the supplier's colour-and-growth-focused diet for koi, intended for keepers who want to support body development and natural colour while maintaining sound pond feeding practices.
Best suited to
Growing and established koi that can comfortably swallow the chosen pellet diameter. Pellet size matters: select smaller pellets for smaller fish rather than assuming all koi can manage the same food.
Premium versus All Season
Finco describes Premium as a colour-and-growth diet; All Season is positioned as the everyday maintenance option. Feeding results also depend on water quality, temperature, genetics, stocking density and consistent husbandry.
Choose the correct variant
Available in several pellet diameters and pack weights. Some medium-pellet bulk packs are 4.5 kg rather than 5 kg; check the exact weight shown on the variant before ordering.
Feeding
Offer measured portions that fish finish promptly. Feed according to pond temperature, fish activity and label instructions; do not overfeed in cold weather or when filtration cannot process the waste.
