Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.
Hikari Tropical Sinking Wafers 25 g is a sinking tablet-style food intended for bottom-feeding tropical fish, especially Corydoras catfish and many loaches. Unlike vegetable-focused algae wafers, sinking wafers are designed to provide a more suitable prepared food for bottom feeders that forage for small animal and plant-based food particles in the substrate.
Which fish is it for?
Suitable for Corydoras and many omnivorous loaches and bottom-feeding catfish, subject to species and mouth size. Corydoras are not algae-eating cleaners: they need a proper diet, not just scraps that fall from other fish. This product is not automatically the best staple for strongly herbivorous plecos, which may need algae- and vegetable-rich foods.

- Wafer format: allows fish to locate and graze on portions at their own pace.
- Targeted nutrition: feeds bottom dwellers directly rather than relying on leftovers from surface feeders.

Feeding guidance
Place a small number of wafers near the fish's usual foraging area, ideally when active tankmates are less likely to steal them. For nocturnal loaches, feeding shortly before lights-out may help. Check consumption and remove uneaten food to maintain water quality.
