For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.

Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.

The Yellow Parrot Cichlid is a striking ornamental hybrid known for its bright golden-yellow colour, rounded body shape, and distinctive parrot-like face. Their luminous colour and curious personality make them excellent centrepiece fish for larger tropical aquariums.

These fish are active, confident, and highly responsive to feeding routines. They spend much of the day exploring the aquarium, investigating décor, and interacting with other fish. Their bright yellow colour remains particularly eye-catching against darker substrates, driftwood, and green aquatic plants.

Yellow Parrot Cichlids are generally hardy once settled and can become very personable aquarium residents when provided with good water quality, adequate swimming space, and compatible tank mates.
