Orders are shipped throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners. Delivery timing and eligibility vary by product. Livestock orders use designated shipping days and are subject to live-arrival conditions; dry goods and equipment follow the standard returns policy.
LIVESTOCK DOA
For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.
Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.
API Pond Simply Clear is a pond water clarifier intended to improve cloudy water by helping fine suspended particles gather so mechanical filtration can capture them.
When it is useful
Consider it when an ornamental koi or goldfish pond looks hazy from suspended particles that pass through ordinary filtration. It is not a substitute for removing sludge, maintaining filters or resolving the source of recurring turbidity.
What it does not do
Simply Clear is not the same as an algaecide and should not be used as a replacement for testing ammonia, nitrite or other water-quality issues. Green water caused by free-floating algae may need a different diagnosis and treatment plan.
Using it effectively
Measure pond volume accurately, follow the bottle's dosage and repeat-treatment instructions, and ensure filtration is operating. Clean trapped debris from mechanical filter media as needed. Check the manufacturer's guidance before combining with other pond treatments.
