For livestock orders only: if livestock arrives deceased (DOA), submit the claim within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the unopened bag, clear photographs of the livestock inside the bag, and your order number.

Approved DOA claims may receive a replacement or store credit at Glass & Gill’s discretion, subject to the policy terms. Non-livestock returns are handled under the standard returns policy.

Care & Keeping

Current size: approximately 6–7 cm.

Provide a mature, well-filtered freshwater aquarium with stable water quality, good oxygenation, open swimming space and secure hiding areas. A sand or smooth-gravel substrate with driftwood, rockwork and shaded retreats works well for most bottom-oriented catfish.

Offer a varied diet of quality sinking foods supplemented with suitable frozen or meaty foods. Avoid relying on leftover community food alone.
